Welsh lamb cutlets, pan fried and presented on a bed of honey and whole grain
mustard mash drizzled with a Madeira sauce
Prime Scottish Fillet Steak
8 oz. Fillet cooked to your preference, served with a Port and redcurrant
or Roquefort sauce.
Aubergine & Beef Tomato Stack
Aubergine marinated with thyme & sage, char grilled and layered with slices of grilled beef
tomatoes drizzled with a red pepper and sun dried tomato reduction.
