                         Smoked Fish Duet

    Slices of the finest smoked Halibut & smoked  Salmon

       filled and rolled with Icelandic prawns, accompanied

     with brown bread and butter and  a citrus mayonnaise

 

                Scallop & Tiger Prawn Kebab

    Char grilled King scallops and tiger prawns marinated

            in ginger, honey soy sauce and fresh chillies

                    served with a crisp salad garnish.

 

Duck Liver & Orange Pate

A rich smooth homemade duck pate accompanied with onion marmalade,

chevrons of toast and a salad garnish..

 

Winter Vegetable Soup

An ensemble of vegetables in a rich clear soup, with French bread

and butter or croutons

Traditional Roast Goosnargh Turkey

Finest traditional Goosnargh turkey, accompanied with apple and maple syrup

stuffing and all the festive trimmings

 

Fillets of Turbot

Lightly grilled Turbot fillet (often referred to as the best of the flat fish), garnished with

Tiger prawns and a creamy cheese sauce

 

Welsh Lamb Cutlets

Welsh lamb cutlets, pan fried and presented on a bed of honey and whole grain

mustard mash drizzled with a Madeira sauce

 

Prime Scottish Fillet Steak

8 oz. Fillet cooked to your preference, served with a Port and redcurrant

or Roquefort sauce.

 

Aubergine & Beef Tomato Stack

Aubergine marinated with thyme & sage, char grilled and layered with slices of grilled beef

tomatoes drizzled with a red pepper and sun dried tomato reduction.

 

All main courses accompanied with roast, new potatoes and
