What a delightful restaurant. Service and food were impeccable. Staff could not be more attentive and a very good menu offering a good choice of seafood and steaks. Put simply one of the best restaurants I have visited. I will most certainly return

On a recent trip to Southport we decided to give the Forge Brasserie a try, having not visited there for a few years, we were greeted by the owner and quickly shown to a table, even though we had not booked in advance, Richard was our waiter and he could have not made us feel more welcome, the service was second to none, and the food top quality, fresh seasonal vegetables cooked to perfection and a huge fillet steak cooked exactly as ordered, the whole experience was superb and we would not hesitate to recommend to others, many thanks to all at the Forge
"The Forge Brasserie is an absolute gem of a place which is quite hidden away. I took my friend and granddaughter there yesterday for a meal. The service was exceptional with food to match! I enjoyed the salmon, cod and prawn en croute, which had a lovely sauce and perfectly cooked vegetables.
