SOUP OF THE DAY

Fresh homemade soup accompanied with French bread.

CHEFS HOMEMADE PATE

Accompanied with toasted soldiers and onion jam.

GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Pan-fried button mushrooms in a cream and garlic sauce.

TUNA and CRAYFISH COCKTAIL

Flakes of tuna with crayfish tails served on a bed of fresh leaves

with our own Marie Rose sauce and bread & butter.

 

HUNTERS CHICKEN

Chicken fillet wrapped in bacon, pan fried in an American style BBQ

sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese then finished under the grill.

FISH CHIPS ‘N’ MUSHY PEAS

Char-grilled rump steak, served plain  with grilled tomato,

button mushrooms.

SLOW ROAST RIBS

Tender (fall off the bone) meaty pork ribs slow roasted

with our special BBQ sauce.

SALMON & MUSSEL PESCARA

Diced Salmon & fresh mussels in a white wine garlic and parsley

sauce on a bed of pasta finished au gratin with

parmesan shavings.

VEGETABLE STIR FRY (V)

Assorted vegetables wok sautéed with white wine, garlic, ginger,

soy and oyster sauce served with fried rice or noodles.

 

All served with a choice of rice or potatoes  

and a selection of fresh vegetables
